Zacki Murphy, Zacki’s Culinary Creations founder and CEO, is a former NYC Ford model, food stylist/menu developper, Zagat-rated BBQ restaurateur and lifestyle & nutritional consultant. She also is an image consultant who was named “Miss Manners of Atlanta.” A Hillsborough native and an art education graduate of the University of North Carolina, Zacki introduced Lexington style NC barbecue to the streets of NYC. Her innovative recipes have been featured in Martha Stewart Entertaining, Family Circle magazine, the Atlanta Journal and on Good Morning America. Her clients have included Humana, Chick-Fil-A, the Durham Symphony, Voyager Charter School, Epic Games/Fortnight & FujiFilm.
